Cricket Pasta is neither crunchy or and won't make high pitched singing noises in your cupboard. It is remarkably like the pasta we all know and buy from the supermarket. This pasta is however made with cricket flour. High in lots of nutrients and a source of vital protein.
Crickets need very small amounts of food and water compared to a cow, so if you eat crickets and not cows you're probably helping the environment. Although we're not quite sure how you'll replace a juicy T-bone steak with thigh of crickets....

Made from 20% cricket flour, 80% wheat flour
High levels of protein, calcium, iron, vitamin B12 and Omega 3, due to the characteristic of the cricket flour.
